So, as of today I have now purchased 8 titles on WinGameStore and had zero issues. I know how nerve-racking it can be to use 3rd party stores to buy games, but this this seems to be as legit as Humble Bundle and Green Man Gaming.

WinGameStore has been, at least for me, for a very long time, a reliable source of cheap, yet great games. Affordable prices, fast delivery and exceptional customer service; these are the qualities of an awesome company.

Bought a game through Paypal and immediately got my activation key.

EDITED REVIEW: I had an issue with a pre-ordered game that just never released due to the pandemic, but payment had been taken and I'd lost the password to my account. There seems to be an issue with the password re-set emails that meant none of them were coming through to my email address, so there was no way for me to access it or the support team via my account. Frustrated, I left a negative review about my experience and gave it up. In under an hour, WinGameStore has not only contacted me back (took an educated guess as to their support email and got a reply), but they've helped me re-set my password, and have refunded the monies originally taken. I was writing this off as a lesson learned from a bad experience, but I can't fault the support team. They've done more than I would have wanted to do, considering the review I originally left (angry and on an empty stomach, so you can imagine). The money was transferred immediately, the person on the end of the support email picked it up and dealt with it then and there, no drama.

Quick and very fast process. It was no more than five minutes between purchasing the game and being able to play it. I felt I also got a good deal, 35% discount. Would buy from here again.
