After buying the key you have to wait for hours to get it...
I found this site from isthereanydeal.com and yesterday I bought 3 games from them with no issues whatsoever. Then I went on purchasing a 4th game from this site, and after paying I get this message that they have to process my order and I have to wait to get my key. Like what? You get my money and then I have to wait for the key? I've seen similar posts all over the internet from other people with this site, stating they had to wait from hours to days to get the keys. This is unacceptable. So I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. To their credit after 1-2 hours they canceled my order and refunded me. I got the game from Steam, no worth the hassle for 15$ difference. So I don't recommend this site. If you pay for your digital key you should get it instantly. Not after hours or days without communication. It's not like you're gonna loose your money, it's not a sketchy site. But this is a horrible practice non the less, and makes the consumer to totally distrust the site. I'm never going to get anything from this site. Edit: 10/03/2025 I appreciate your response. I don’t know if my case is as rare as you make it out to be. I hope it is. I’ll give you one more star for the response alone, as it seems genuine. 3/5 stars

We are terribly sorry our fraud protection services hit you with a whammy late last night. Even though its a digital sale, there are other factors that must happen. Many systems go into protecting card holders/paypal users from fraud, and us too! Since we are not a giant greedCorp, we don't simply accept fraud as "just doing business". We do our part to stop the gray market frauders from stealing and re-selling keys. Sadly this means strict payment services, which can have false positives on legit buyers at times, and thats why we put a human in the middle to check it out. Its rare, and you were just one of a thousand who got hit last night. Splash damage. Also, sorry on the delayed ticket response. We are not robots, and do sleep sometimes ;) We try to treat every case by actually reading and responding to every ticket... not dish out some AI babble and link a help article. As for the "DAYS" to respond. Surely you mean what Steam does lol. For us, over a decade ago, whomever was running orders was slow. Like, really slow. But these days our response times to issues are within an hour, or the same day given time, holidays, etc. Anyhow, sorry you had a bad time. It's not our intent. We are a private business of gamers trying to offer up games for other gamers to enjoy.
