WinEra Suspended My Account and Never Resolved My Issue

I signed up with WinEra in July and purchased a promotional package that they were offering to new users. I played for a while, and when I decided to redeem my winnings, my redemption request was canceled. I tried contacting customer support, but they never responded. I submitted another redemption request, and it was canceled again. After that, I received the following email: «Your account has been temporarily closed while it is undergoing a Compliance Review. During this review, we are evaluating your account activity, gameplay patterns, promotional and bonus usage, identity verification status, payout eligibility, and compliance with our Terms and Conditions. Until the review has been completed, your account will remain suspended, and your redemption request will not be processed. If any additional information or documentation is required, we will contact you directly. Once the review has been completed, you will be notified of the outcome. Thank you for your patience and understanding.» I received that email on July 24, and to this day, no one from customer support has contacted me. Before they suspended my account, I had already contacted customer support twice, and they never replied. In summary, they kept the money I spent to purchase their promotional package, and they have not resolved my issue. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. It has been a very disappointing experience.

No support at all
UPDATE: Have only ever heard from their live chat. They continuously say I will get an email “today” and yet it’s been a week and still nothing. I am going to file with my Attorney General and be mailing in a request for arbitration. I have a feeling this is another exit scam operator, but if they aren’t I’m gonna make it expensive for them. Strongly urge everyone else they are doing this to, to do the same. No support at all. Been waiting for anything back on my account verification for days, radio silence. Have 400 dollars waiting for redemption but will be charging back from my bank barring a response from them within a week. Would happily change my review if they had any sort of support system which works. Absolutely awful, hate sites which use KYC as a weapon, they know exactly what they are doing… Go elsewhere

I have been waiting for my redemption…
I have been waiting for my redemption since July 16 and everytime I contact support I get the round around and the same generic response! I will never play here again and will be reporting to the BBB!!!

Used to be a good casino
When I first started playing here maybe a few months ago, support was very helpful, redemptions processed, and I wasn’t waiting indefinitely for an answer. Now, it seems like they are trying to exit or rug their customers. I requested a redemption a month ago, and they strung me along until eventually saying I needed to “verify” my account again. This makes no sense as I was able to redeem perfectly find before hand. Every time I have talked to support it’s the same response consisting of “Our staff is very busy but we will get to your account” or something along those lines. This is bs. It doesn’t take this long to verify accounts, process redemptions, etc. They are purposefully doing this because they either do not have the funds to pay people out (which is unlikely) or preparing to exit scam people. I would avoid this casino at all costs. If you currently play here, do not give them any more of your money.

My experience with this company is bad, after my account was fully verified and I sent my redeem, they asked me for a selfie, I sent it to them and got no more response, they blocked my account and my money inside.

Compre un paquete. Jugué. Necesito canjear pero no pude. Nunca me han resuelto el problema no terminan nunca de verificar los documentos que tengo pendientes. Todos los dias escribo a soporte y nunca responden. Una decepción total. Perdí mi dinero por gusto.

uncertainty and lack of information
I am very disappointed with my experience with Winera. After using the platform and following the required process, my account was placed under review. As part of their verification process, I was asked to provide personal information, proof of residency, proof of the source of my funds, a selfie, and additional documentation. I fully cooperated and submitted the information requested because I understand the importance of security procedures. However, it has now been many days with no clear update, no estimated resolution time, and no transparent explanation about the status of my account. The biggest concern is the lack of communication. Customers deserve to know what is happening, especially when their funds and account access are affected. A verification process should not leave users waiting indefinitely without answers. I hope Winera improves its communication and provides customers with clear, timely, and fair resolutions.

They casino it's self is awesome. But having to wait 3 weeks for a redemption kinda ruins the experience.. Support always replied quickly without having to talk to bot but they didn't help much. They told a couple times that someone would contact me and they never happened. But I did het paid so unless they go under, you should as well. Gl
