I received a Christmas gift of opener , cutter , pourer purchased from Total Wine. After 5 months the cutting “ wheels “ started falling out. I have contacted 3 emails and 2 voice calls. I was told without a receipt they could not help even sent a pic. Hence “ gift” , I cannot produce a receipt. Terrible Customer Service... now they are avoiding me. Wine Enthusiast’s White Glove Delivery is a joke. We ordered a VinoView wine cellar for $2599.00 and paid an extra $175 White Glove Delivery charge. The delivery took place on May 27 but the two delivery men claimed they needed a third person to bring it to our wine room down a dozen steps. Instead of returning with another person they asked if they could leave it in our street level garage which we agreed to. That was the last we heard from anyone about the issue despite numerous calls and emails. Fortunately we had another appliance purchased elsewhere delivered the following week but had to pay them $140 to move the wine cellar from our garage to the wine room which the two of them did with no trouble. We would conclude that Wine Enthusiast is long on promise but short on delvery. Bill & Linda Tichy

Karen Chung is the worst manager for customer service resolution. She should find another job. I reported her to HR. I placed an order thanksgiving weekend 2019. After several calls, they lost my order, and re-ordered it with a $150 credit for shipping because at that point it was 2 weeks late. ADDITIONAL ISSUES: 1. After several phone calls and emails, Karen never returned my calls and neither did anyone else until i pointed it out. 2. It came 2 months LATE 3. it was the wrong item 4. it was damaged 5. it was dirty 6. Not one phone call or note of apology nor any type of compensation like a gift certificate. You could learn much from the customer service at Coopers Hawk. Don't bother, they are not worth any of your time or money.

Like many of the other victims on here, I was lied to. I was told if you order by 12/13 it was guaranteed by Christmas. I ordered 12/11. I called 3 times, the first was a guy, really clueless. Then the 2nd time was a perky girl who assured me if it was guaranteed then it will be there. 3rd time, the day before Christmas Eve I spoke to a woman who actually gave me an honest direct answer. She told me, "Sir, I wish I would have answered your call originally. That item has been out of stock since early November and we will bot have it back until the end of January." I was so angry, but I was nice to her as she was at least honest. She said in the other employees defense, they were told to say it was guaranteed regardless. So this small-time not ready for the big show little business still has that item available. They will just let people keep ordering knowing they won't get the product. THEY NEVER HAD THE ITEM THE WHOLE TIME. I CALLED 3 TIMES. BEYOND INCOMPETENCE. Steer very clear and far from this basement ran dumpster fire.

Expensive products that arrived damaged multiple times after a 4 month wait. We kept the item because delivery and redelivery was such a hassle. The company website also removed my negative review- I’m sure not just mine! Don’t purchase from them.

After 4 and a half years from the date of purchase, the branded wine cellar (Wine Enthusiast Classic Wine Cellar 166 Bottle) has not only failed, but has FROZEN a wine collection. I was always expecting that at some point, maybe 10 years down the line, the chiller would stop refrigerating and would need maintenance. What I never expected is that the temperature control would fail and get stuck in the on position and keep the chiller running indefinitely and freezing the stored wine. BEWARE! These machines can destroy your wine collection. I contacted the company and received a few messages saying that they would assist me with the issue, but after 10 months of waiting they have stopped all communication and are ignoring all my messages. Shame on "Wine Enthusiast".
