If I could give zero stars I would. A rating of 1.8 is even too high for them. I’m sure others wanted to give them zero stars, too. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They should be put out of business. What everyone else has written is 100% true- once you buy from them, they will never respond to any communication from you ever again. They leave you waiting on hold for over an hour on their customer service line (and now shamefully blame Covid) and still never pick up. I did this twice. I’ve also emailed them twice (as they tell you to do) - no response. The wine refrigerator (Wine Enthusiast 24-Bottle Compressor Wine Cooler with Upright Bottle Storage) came without the rubber feet so it will scratch my wooden floors and it can’t be made level. It is the LOUDEST wine refrigerator I’ve ever heard. We can hear it throughout our entire downstairs. We do not have a small house. And it runs almost continuously. It’s not even a gentle hum, it’s a stuttering push of the motor. I wish I could post a video so you could hear it. How do I access their “return policy” when I can’t get in touch with anyone? This company is forcing me to call my credit card company and stop payment. I was also going to notify the BBB, however, I looked at their website and they already have a terrible rating there, so I guess that also doesn’t do any good toward putting them out of business. We consumers need to help each other out. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WINE ENTHUSIAST. If only I had read the reviews that were already on line warning about this company. And now I also can’t get them to stop sending me advertising emails! Maddening!! Buyer beware. RUN FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!

I recently purchased a Eurocave wine cooler from these jokers, which was way more expensive than any others I looked at. Anyway after 3 weeks it arrived, and since I could t turn it on for 48 hours to acclimate last week I went to turn it on and noticed that the sides of the unit were scratched up, which was hard to see from a distance since it is all black. I have called them 7 times and emailed them and still haven’t heard back. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this place. They are not reputable. The salesman I have left numerous calls which was to no avail. Tomorrow I am contacting credit card company to dispute the charge, which I’m sure will result in a phone call from them.

I purchased an N'Finity dual zone cooler (50 bottle) 2012. Fortunately we have a home warranty contract. In 2014 the cooler stopped working and our home warranty covered it not WineEnthusiast. This happened again in 2017 and just happened again 3 weeks ago. Wine enthusiast has been of no help procuring the parts . This is the worst product I have ever purchased and would NEVER buy another product like this from Wine Enthusiast.

Twice we order Wine Enthusiast's wine storage moduels. The first time it was with great difficulty that we put it together - breaking a lot of parts in the process. We need more storage and did like the end product, so called to see if improvements have been made to make it easier to assemble. We were told it is much better now. WRONG. It was just as bad or worse. Many pieces broken during assembly. We called - no response, and wrote Wine Enthusiast with photos. Their response in email- from Karen Chung the customer service dept - "place another order". Wow terrible customer service.

We received the blue light corckscrew as a gift, within 2 weeks it already does not work. When we called in to ask how we can potentially fix the item they said it was no longer sold and there is no way to repair it. When we asked katrina(the rep) to hold on so we could find our receipt she promptly hung up on us. Youre better off throwing your money in the trash than buying here.

WineExpress.com is "the exclusive wine shop partner of The Wine Enthusiast catalog and website". As a first time buyer, I placed an order for an advertised wine. The website indicated "Due to high temperatures, we are holding shipments in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it is safe to ship again". Absolutely right, especially where I live (Nevada) where it's triple digits daily this time of year. I placed the order on a Saturday and, in an abundance of caution, emailed WineExpress verifying the shipment would be held. Not receiving a response, I emailed again 2 days later on Monday morning. Monday evening I received an email indicating my order shipped. I emailed WineExpress asking why they shipped it in the heat despite their claim to hold it in a warehouse, and they replied the wine was being shipped in "temperature-controlled vehicles". The wine was delivered 5pm on a Friday when the temperature was 112 degrees. The UPS driver indicated that at no time had the shipment been in a "temperature-controlled vehicle" and he estimated his vehicle was at least 130 degrees. Temperatures across most of the US during the almost week-long shipment from NY to NV were in the 90's and in triple digits during UPS local delivery runs. Not surprisingly, when I opened the box, the bottles were very warm to almost hot. Fine wine is damaged at prolonged temperatures above 80 degrees, and the temperature of these bottles were far above that. I emailed WineExpress and, without apologizing or explaining why they indicated the wine was shipped in "temperature-controlled vehicles" when it obviously was not, WineExpress agreed to retrieve the damaged wine and issue a card credit by 8/4. The damaged wine was retrieved (I'm wondering what poor hapless buyer will end up with it) but, despite an email on 8/7 indicating I hadn't received the credit without a response, I placed a dispute on the charge on 8/11 with my credit card company. So, in apparent violation of its own policy not to ship due to high temperatures, and while ignoring my emails, WineExpress ships the order and tells me it was shipped in "in temp controlled vehicles" when it actually wasn't. As a final insult, they don't refund for a damaged order when they said they would, requiring me to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. The Wine Enthusiast's merchant partner WineExpress exhibits incredibly poor business practices, treats customers poorly, and ends up wasting fine wine. Needless to say, a very disappointing experience.

Bought 176 bottle unit that now fails to cool. No one can repair as it is a new “sealed unit”. My many emails and calls were ignored by alleged customer service rep, sal Rinaldi. If you are looking for a wine cooler, you should go th Homedepot or Lowes

I purchased a beverage refrigerator on 5/26. They charged me immediately. Then nothing. No emails. After 2 weeks I called and they Told me it arrived in their shipping company. And the shipping company will call me soon. Then a week passed Nothing so I emailed them because I didn’t want to wait forever to talk to someone over the phone. Then I used the order tracking function to schedule the delivery date. Once again, no one told me I have to go on like to schedule. So they called me earlier this morning and told me they will deliver 9-1:30. Now is 2:30pm. On hold now with shipping For 22 mins...still on hold. Will never ever shop on this website ever again. After a week of having this beverage cooler im very unhappy. The unit is super noisy and spoke to their tech and no help whatsoever. The customer service rep told me she will ask other tech to contact me and I haven’t received any call. Total wasted of money. Will donate this piece of junk to local charity since the return process is awful and I asked for return and no one help me. Do NOT purchase from this site!!!!!!!!!!!! A $920 total wasted. I’m so mad.
