Very useful descriptions of wines, winemakers and their methods. Good prices, good selections. Everyone I I’ve spoken with— especially Rose and Alvin— has listened and resolved shipping and delivery issues.

We ordered this wine refrigerator because we recently returned from France and had a TON of wine being shipped to us in the US. We had a spot in our garage's closet that would work perfect for the refrigerator. It fit perfectly! The men that delivered it were very nice and explained to us all about it. We are VERY happy with our purchase! It stores our Burgundy wines just perfectly and holds a bunch (although we DID fill it up). LOL!

Hi Helen, it is wonderful to hear that your new wine refrigerator is the perfect fit for your garage and, more importantly, for that impressive collection of Burgundy you brought back from France! We are so glad to know our delivery team took such great care of you and provided a thorough walkthrough of your new unit. Thank you for choosing Wine Enthusiast to protect your recent finds—it sounds like you’ve made excellent use of every inch of storage space. Cheers, John B. Head of Customer Experience
Nick
I live in an apartment and did not receive a shipping notification for some reason. Someone stole the package from the mail room after it was delivered because I had no idea it was there. Customer service was excellent and offered to ship it again, this time giving me a shipping notice. They could have chosen to cheap out and not believe me, but offered to replace it right off the bat. I never write reviews, but was very grateful they shipped the replacement. My girlfriend loves the wine glasses.

Hi Nick, I am so glad to hear that we could turn a frustrating situation around for you. Dealing with a missing package is never ideal, but I'm thrilled our team was able to step in quickly to ensure those wine glasses made it safely to your apartment. It’s wonderful to know your girlfriend is enjoying them, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Cheers, John B. Head of Customer Experience

I ordered a beautiful Bar Cabinet from Wine Enthusiast and when it was delivered, there were some small issues that needed to be addressed. Upon contacting customer service, I was connected with Rose. She was incredibly responsive to me and assisted me with my request and resolved my issues in less than 24 hours. I am so impressed with the cabinet and more impressed with the service! Thank you, Karen
