1st time ordering merchandise from wine enthusiast. Terrible experience. Called 5 weeks after the order was placed only to find out it was discontinued. They refused to substitute with a simiilar item (probably because the first order was on sale) and told me to reorder at the higher price. Never will I order from them again.

THis company is really hard to deal with. Hard to reach them unless you want to hang on the phone. In my area they use a delivery service that only seems to come by once every three weeks. So, if you are not available that day, it is another three weeks. They refer to this as "white glove delivery", but certainly it is not. If I could cancel the order right now, I would. Save yourself the aggravation and order from someone local

No. Just greedy corporate jerks. DO NOT SELL TO THEM OR BUY! I sold to them for 10 years and hated every minute of it. Yeah we made money bt it came at a high price and the last several years broke our relationship. They've probably sent over 1 million on orders to us but i'd give it all back as they are just such a$$holes. Don't do business with them, selling or buying. Look, there are a lot of other alternatives right now, more than ever due to technology, don't fall for their schemes. Buy directly from the designer/builder. you will get a much better experience, price and product.

re Sales Order no. 0170111. Im having serious issues with your service AM Home delivery. I am a single parent who works away from home. The service only schedules deliveries at times when I am not home to accept the refrigerator. If they refuse to accommodate my schedule I will need to return it.  Can you please help with this?  The delivery company will is not responsive and I will not let them drop ship. I have given dates and times when I can be home to accept delivery yet they repeatedly attempt to schedule delivery at times when I have already said I’m not available.  Please help or provide refund and cancel my order. and provide confirmation. Thanks

I never received my wine fridge. It is unclear in tracking exactly where it is.

This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever received. It took multiple calls to even get a person to talk to. Once I finally did, and ordered a part, they send me the wrong part. I have been told 3 times I'm on an urgent call list and then never hear from anyone. To spend $1,800 on a fridge that doesn't work and requires a part or any support is a joke. Save yourself the experience and waste of time like I'm experiencing. (UPDATE) They responded to this review faster than my open "urgent" support ticket as I still haven't heard back from them. It is very apparent they are in damage control mode versus resolution and good customer service mode.

I bought a 2.7k unit two years ago. Suddenly it stopped cooling. Getting in touch with WE technical support is waiting on the phone over an hour each time you call. If you are lucky, someone will pick up. I had to call a technician to diagnose the unit, apparently the control and inverter order needs to be replaced. Because they sold me a chinese-made unit (in the words of my technician "cheaply made, bad quality components), now all my wines are out of the cellar and getting ruined by the minute. WE are replacing the components, but of course they are back ordered and I have to wait 6 weeks to get one of the parts. This is pretty frustrating and they don't offer you with a solution other than that. Anyway, never again trusting this company, what a disappointment and waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy your wine cellar somewhere else.

Do not but anything from Wine Enthusiast. They do not service their products. My $3k plus wine cooler stopped cooling still under warranty. They gave me three names none of which would come to service. Then told me to go to Mr Appliance but they don’t service wine coolers. Then they said go to Angie’s list. They will not help me. I would say the worst customer service but they actually have no customer service!
