I purchased a Windmill Air purifier directly from the company in 2025. It was expensive. Now, less than 2 years later the unit just stopped working. At first i was impressed with their customer service— they responded immediately. But then they asked for the same photos and same information repeatedly and I realized that i was talking to AI. After the 4th request for the same pictures and same information i told them enough. After i did so a real person replied to me and informed me that the company was sending me a new machine. So frustrating experience at first but their customer service came through.

I love my two window AC units and just got the purifier which I also love. The window units are amazing, they cool the bedrooms so quickly which I love because I like to sleep in a very cold room. They're super quiet and look amazing which is important to me. I've noticed my energy bill is much lower as well. The purifier is great, my kitchen never smells like food and I rarely sneeze, usually this time of year I have allergies. Big fan of their products!!

They're high-quality, do their job well, and I love the look and the fact that i can control both from the app. Also, I had questions for their customer support team before purchasing and they were very responsive and helpful. 5 star experience all around

This team stands by what they designed and built… don’t see a lot like that anymore. Happy with the window air conditioner overall. It’s the best window AC I’ve had in years (my last one quit on me when I reinstalled it for the spring).

I have no complaints. It's affordable and a lot less ugly than my old AC.
