Shoes took a week or more to arrive so unable to take them on holiday. The shoes were packed inadequately so the heels of the shoes were bent. The smell of chemicals from the packaging was overwhelming. I have yet to see how their returns process works

I bought a black men’s coat which I needed for a funeral. It was advertised a a quality coat discounted by 70%. However when the coat around it was clear it was not a quality coat. When I asked for a refund it turned out you have to pay for the return to china at a cost of $40-50. Or accept you keep the item and get a refund of 40%. This is a scam do not buy from them.

Similar to other people's experience - don't buy from here. Haven't received my order but the money left my account straight away and this was three weeks ago. Have given up on receiving anything. lesson learnt

I’d give zero if I could. They position themselves as a British company but they are not. The quality is worst than Shein and the price is more like Anthropology! When you try to return they make it very difficult offering discounts or partial refunds to keep the items as their “warehouses are in Asia”. Should have checked here before I bought.

Do not trust this company and do not buy from them. They advertise easy returns but they don’t accept returns. They offered me the opportunity to keep the products I didn’t like which didn’t fit in any case, along with a 10% refund. As they weren’t any good to me I emailed back to say as much. After a series of email exchanges they eventually offered me 40% refund and keep the items. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give none.

This company is a complete scam. Ignore the website descriptions, the products are nothing like the photographs. I ordered a cardigan which eventually arrived and was actually a completely rubbish pseudo jacket which was fit only for the bin. Truly the worst quality product I can remember buying. When I asked to return it for a refund they refused to give any return or refund details and have twice demanded photographs instead of processing my request. This is completely unlawful and contravenes UK statutory consumer protections. I have now taken out a formal complaint and will ask my bank to intervene. Avoid at all costs!

I stupidly didn’t not read the reviews for this company and got caught out by the website thinking it was uk based. Also the website states easy returns, it’s anything but easy! I’ve been offered 1st email. for an extra £12 they’ll send me a different size 2nd. a free new pair of shoes 3rd the an explanation on how it so much effort to send them by am I really sure? 4th now they’re offering 15% refund and I keep them. It the principle now, they’re going back one way or another! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
