Very Rude Agents
Very Rude Agents. I notify the agent that I did not receive a loan, did not even apply, Agent Amando was very rude, A customer is letting you know an issue and frustrated because I have never done business with this company, and all I got in return was rudeness. I didn't curse, just voiced my opinion this is not my account, which is frustrating. Fraud department got the bank on the phone, and it was verified that the bank does not have an account with me, still taking me through unnecessary hoops when it was clearly verified, I did not obtain this debt. I would never consider being a potential customer if this is how you get treated.
