I purchased five pairs of socks from WillowAce about a year ago and I believe at that time they advertised a lifetime guarantee. I had two pairs that developed holes in the heels so I recently contacted them. They now have a 1000 day guarantee and they did respond. They wanted pictures which I provided. Then they wanted me to send them back and after they receive them, they would provide credit for them. I have been happy with the socks up to this point of getting holes, but I am not going to send them back. I tried to leave a review on their site but they do not allow it. I do not plan on ordering any more of their socks and if you truly want a great guarantee, I would look elsewhere like with Darn Tough. They are more expensive but they hold up much better.

Terrible product and NO (0) customer service. This company says guaranteed for 30 days but contacting the company is impossible> DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! I tried to contact this fraudulent company for a refund and was unable to get in contact with these criminals.

Really wanted these Willowace socks to work but BEWARE: They have course fibers inside the sock that can work themselves under your skin. Brought this to the companies attention (provided pics) and they do not care nor will they allow returns. Look elsewhere.

On the third wear(two weeks) a hole appeared above the big toe. Contacted customer service, sent a picture, was told no problem they would replace…disappointed at low quality but thought customer service was ok….problem is, I received an email stating my new order was created…but they aren’t shipping it. I would think they would be more on top of a new customer experiencing poor quality and poor service

Worst socks I have ever bought I threw all of them out immediately they refused to do a refund and you can't review on their website so they're probably all fake reviews

Arrived in a week. A little tight. On the thinner side but intentionally, so no worries there. I didn’t want super cushioned winter boot socks. What else… oh yea they are very tall. Boot socks are just a hair from my kneecap lol At the price I paid, I’m very pleased.

The WillowAce ad says lifetime guarantee on socks and satisfaction of customer. BS! They do not stand behind their product! On the WillowAce website it is stated "The Most Comfortable Socks You Will Ever Wear, Guaranteed". In my experience, the WillowAce socks are very uncomfortable, being too tight and cutting off circulation in my feet. WillowAce refused to take back my order, including four pair of new in the factory package unworn socks, stating that their guarantee is for socks that naturally develop holes in them. I suggest that you consider this carefully before ordering their socks.

I ordered 12 pairs of these socks in November 2023. As of February 2024 I have not received them. Customer support has stopped responding. I’m surprised people have product to review; I received no product or refund.
