The site wouldn't allow me to buy 2 get 2 free unless all 4 are the same color. I wanted 2 black and 2 gray. Seems ridiculous to me.

Before I checked out I was informed of qualifying for free shipping but when I checked out I was charged for shipping… not cool

I ordered 8 socks. After the sale, you offered to sell me (now a "family member") additional socks marked at the same 50% off ($9.99). On the purchase button it list 30% off. Implying an additional 30% off. I added an additional 8 socks and pushed the purchase button and received no additional 30% off. This is not how I expect to be treated by family. We'll see how the socks work/feel.

Ordered my normal size. But now the cuffs on the socks are too tight. Ankle socks and crew socks just not up to par.

I bought 3 pairs of crew socks with the expectation of getting an additional 3 pair free. When I checked out, my cart showed only 3 pairs, not the six I expected. I paid anyway, hoping your company would send three free pairs along with the three I paid for.

Wanted to order 4 crew socks so I could get 2 free, then I needed $9.99 to get free shipping so I ordered 1 ankle to get the free shipping but then it charged me $19.99 for a crew sock and $0 dollars for the ankle. Makes sense to charge me $14.99 for the ankle sock.
