I ordered two pair of compression socks for a total of over 40 dollars with shipping. I only received one pair. What went wrong?

Still haven’t received my order

I thought I was getting the buy 2 get 2 free automatically when I hit the button but it appears that I needed to add 3 pairs and didn’t so with shipping I am going to pay about $40 for one pair. That is almost a bit crazy and I will need to find other alpaca sock blends that are more reasonable

I was confused by your buy 2 get 2. Please correct my order

Was told it was free shipping for orders over 59.00 ordered over 59 and was charged for shipping

Absolute garbage. Do not waste your money. Pre-ordered 6 pairs and delivery date was pushed back several weeks, twice. 2 full months from purchase to delivery. Wore each pair no more than 1-2 days a week, always air dried and socks are shot 10 months in.

I was so excited to find WillowAce, thinking I’d finally find the perfect gift for my bestie. But when I clicked through, there was only one option-no variety, no choices. It was like walking into a store with just one item on display. I expected more, more colors, more styles. The lack of selection was disappointing. I wanted to love it, but it just didn’t measure up to the hype. Maybe next time I’ll try somewhere with more to offer.
