The website was fine, but there wasn't a lot of choices like I expected... Also, in addition about 2 months ago I went to your site to buy socks and they said they were sold out and they would let me know where they were back at stock. I never received any notification that they were back in stock. Even though I bought the today, i'm a bit confused... I really needed those socks for our hunting season here at New York State. We're almost at the end of our bow season.And i'm just ordering my socks now... I really could have used those socks right now. And for the last three weeks, for that, i am disappointed..... A bit more, follow up.Follow through with customer service.Then I think you'll be all set..

Great socks. However today they only offered two color options: grey or black, and they were out of grey. In the past I've bought other colors (white, blue, green) but have not seen them on the website for at least a year.

When entering the socks you want the numbers multiple because of the free socks but if you want different sizes or colors for your socks it is very difficult to get your order correct. It places orders for things you did not order and when you delete things that you don't want it deletes things you do want. Very frustrating

I was about nine dollars short for free shipping so shipping was nine dollars but there's nothing to buy for that price. Then an offer came up for 1499 to buy another pair of socks which would've only been five dollars more than the shipping but the first part of the order was already processed and there was no way to add the two together so I did feel kind of stung on that

The shipping address is incorrect. IT SHOULD BE 4178 Hillcrest Rd. I tried 5 times to contact the shipper with no success or return email.

Ended up with 3 pairs when I only wanted 2.

I like the product and the prices seem reasonable. I wish you wouldn’t confuse the sale with gimmicks - buy 2, get 2 free, and 50% on another. Just give us a price on 5 pair. I often move away from online-offers for this very reason. I only stayed and purchased because i have bought your products in the past. In my case, at least, these gimmicks don’t boost sales. More often than not, I leave without purchasing.

It was OK just need to be able to order everything that you want at once instead of going back-and-forth
