The amazingly quick response to my request was nothing short of impressive.

Buying 2 and getting 2 free.and free should.

The exchange was explained to me in a previous communication, with clear instructions. I was exchanging ankle socks for crew socks (these go well with my work shoes). I received a pre-paid label for the exchange and asked the USPS to scan the barcode when I brought in the items to exchange. A very easy process and the new socks are on their way!

Easy to find what i was looking for, buy 2 get 2 free is a good deal.

Every time I have a problem you guys handle it very well. As well as having a great product you have awesome customer service.

Ordering was easy. Only problem was an error message displayed when completing the order. However, I did receive an email notification confirming the order was received.

Buy 2 get 2 was a good start. Love the product
