Ordering online was easy, however receiving the electronic download was a problem. Not doig the proper step initially was probably my issue. I sent a note into to customer service, however I never heard back from them after two business days, so I called. The first person that I talked to said they would send me a new log in and an email that would allow me to download the product directly. That did not happen...I never got that series of emails. So, I called again, and that customer service person sent me a link that I could download directly and stayed on the line to be sure I received it. That was good service! I really think you should send the link directly rather than messing around with temporary passwords to get to the download and creating issues like mine that follow.

Previous version had a 17 page caregiver check list. I have not been able to find it in this years program. That was the 2018 version.

I found the software very hard to navigate at first. I had finished the 1st Will and had to edit it. I could not find the software on the computer. I ended up having to buy the updated version. once I received it via download and located it on the computer, all went very well. My family Wills were easy to complete and I am ready to move on to other documents. I am not very savvy as far as technology goes but found the experience rewarding.

Willmaker was very easy to use. Step by step prompts were easy to follow and user friendly. Allowing some edit capability would have made it more useful.

I like the package very much, but somehow had trouble downloading the software onto my computer. I was sent a temporary password and tried to sign in with that (using copy and paste), but it did not work. I was able to complete my will in good fashion, but cannot sign back in to do the remaining documents. Waiting for support to clear things up.

I've now bought WillMaker 2019, 2022 and 2023. I can't complain about the price or the application itself, but it would be nice if it were possible to buy the application just once and update it as changes in the law require. If that's not possible, it would be nice if transferring data from an older version to a newer version were simplified.
