So far--I'm still in the process--each step is well-explained in easy to understand language. You can navigate back-and-forth between sections and all answers are saved. I can recommend this for simple estates.

So far I have been satisfied. My biggest problem, and not the program’s fault, is continually having to hunt down info I need. I guess there is no pain free way.

It was easy to do. The only problem I had is that once I finished I saw something I wanted to correct and couldn’t fix it so I guess I have to make a new will. I’m waiting to hear them to see if I can fix errors after I’ve finished.

It's true that you can't edit your document PDF after you print it out. However, you can go back into the interview portion of the program to change your answers, which will then change your document. From there, you can print out a new copy. Very simple to follow question and answer format makes this easy to use. Contains excellent reference material. Can lead to some “overload” if the user tries to overthink the process.
