I have created a will for myself and my spouse. I created a community property agreement and durable poa so far. I thought it would have been easier to have a joint will with my spouse, however Willmaker has explained why it is far better to have an individual will than a joint will. I appreciate them reaching out to me with an explanation on this. There were a lot of pages to print, but everything was organized with instructions. Instructions were easy to understand and follow, creating our contacts made it easy to complete future documents. Step by step guidance is appreciated. I am happy I purchased this product and would recommend to others. So far so good.

WillMaker does not offer joint wills because most couples are better off with separate wills. You can read more about this here: https://www.willmaker.com/support/willmaker-will-faqs.html#four. That said, WillMaker can help you make "reciprocal wills," which are nearly identical individual wills. This feature is currently available in the download version of WillMaker (which comes with your purchase) and will be in the online version of WillMaker soon.
