It worked! I completed the trust and did the quit claim deed to transfer property into the thrust. No problems. One suggestion of improvement would be to include a quit claim deed program portion prompting info to fill the quit claim deed. This would be extremely helpful since putting property is the biggest ticket item that needs to go into the trust. I love having all the additional sections, durable power of attorney, pour over will, advance directives, etc. I could not have done the trust myself without this program. I tried to do it just with the Nolo book, read it, it’s very good but I never could get beyond reading it, never got to where I completed the job and made the trust. The book helps to understand in detail all aspects of a trust, so it’s good read. Get the software, follow its questions ( it’s like tax preparation software) and get the trust DONE!
