this was a relatively easy way to save…
this was a relatively easy way to save a couple thousand dollars; however, it would be great if you could incorporate the acknowledgement of notary that is necessary, it caused me some problems and I eventually had to travel and even then, it was an issue. I did have to see an attorney to obtain that paperwork.

In fact, we’re currently working on incorporating the acknowledgments into the program, and this update will be available later this year. In the meantime, you can contact customer service to get stand-alone notary acknowledgments for your WillMaker documents. Thank you for choosing WillMaker!

Great estate planning software
Willmaker provides a large variety of important documents. The software is easy to use. One problem is that most of the documents cannot be duplicated for use by a spouse; for all but the will, you have to start from scratch.

Easy to use, nice finished product
Easy to use, great instructions, nice finished product. Online version has a somewhat annoying lag between entries (did not try the downloaded version - this may be better) and it would be nice to be more precise in going back to make changes, rather than having to click through multiple pages just to change one entry.

Wasn't clear that I could use the same…
Wasn't clear that I could use the same will for myself and for my spouse, so I bought 2. But you had good customer service and refunded the one I didn't need. The proving affidavit provided was not notary friendly so I pulled up my own. All in all did the job we needed.

Great for the Will but the Living Will…
Great for the Will but the Living Will part produces a huge document that is hard for most people to digest. Hospitals refuse to deal with even 2 page Living Wills pushing back on the doctor in attendance to give orders to stop artificial means of prolonging life. The questions to generate documents are very thorough and well explained.

will maker review
Includes many kinds of legal documents that are needed for any family. Allows creation of an “exact” duplicate for same document by your spouse, but has to be the exact same, except for swapping out each spouse. Would be better if could make slight changes, such as name of “agent” or “successor”, but that option isn’t available.
