No support for a showstopper issue
After I entered all data online and the system reported it 100% complete, I clicked on a button to generate the pdf. It gave an error message. Repeated attempts didn’t help. I reported the issue via email - no response. I called support: after being on hold, I was told that they will call back. No callback for two days.
