I found the software easy to use and comprehensive meeting all my documentation needs

A last will and testament is a legal document that communicates a person's final wishes pertaining to their assets. It provides specific instructions about what to do with their possessions. It will indicate whether the deceased leaves all to one person or divides them up between many people or wishes to donate them to charity. As a retired auditor and accountant it is very important to communicate instructions regarding assets, especially when one has children and grandchildren. In my case my original Will in 1988 was easy, spouse and 4 children. Today 2023 my son passed at age 36 survived by his 3 children and one daughter divorced with 2 children. The point is things constantly change and Will-maker guides you step by step to communicate your final wishes. Finally making a new Will after 35 years was difficult because of all the changes, but what made it easier was to remembering the reason I made my original Will when the children were young and life was just starting. This program guides you through every step.

Great software, thoroughly happy! Anyone saying they have issues using it needs to go back to computer operator school and learn a few things, this was literally the easiest Will maker Ive ever used for cryin out loud. Thanks quicken willmaker!!

It was easy and I didn't have to pay an attorney.

A good experience. I liked the staff person's willingness to begin earlier than a normal workday, I liked his enthusiasm for Willmaker, and his obviously extensive experience . . .

Very clear, concise questions. Simple to follow instructions.

I put off writing my own will for years because I thought it was going to be too difficult. Quicken WillMaker was soooo easy and very user friendly. This is a really great program to help you prepare a power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney and living will as well. I wrote 12 letters to survivors using the program too. It was a huge relief to put these documents in a lockbox at my bank knowing that my sweetheart and family will have helpful documents available when I die or become incapacitated. I have recommended Quicken WillMaker to several people already and will continue to do so with great enthusiasm.

I wanted a way to create legal and binding documents without having to hire an attorney. We have no "estate lawyers" in our area, and I'd have to travel a long distance for one. My county seat is the furthest I have to travel, and the cost is just my time now. The Quicken Willmaker made it so simple, and explains your choices all along the way.
