I could not print some documents in…
I could not print some documents in Willmaker 23 Plus. The technical service rep was quick to come up with a solution and sent a link to me so that I could download a version of the program that fixed the problem for SC users. The initial download process should ask the user's state and connect them to the proper software version.

If I remember correctly
If I remember correctly, we used to be able to read the different sections without having to create a PDF. I thought this was inconvenient.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. WillMaker does require you to complete the interview before seeing any part of the document. WillMaker cannot compile the document without a completed interview because provisions could change based on later portions of the interview. That said, WillMaker (online) does provide summaries of your answers at the end of every section, and this allows you to review your answers before moving on. And, of course, if you want to make a change to your compiled document, WillMaker makes it easy to go back into the interview and make changes. We appreciate your feedback!

Software needs more optional clauses
Software needs more optional clauses, such as a will contest clause. POA should have a section to write in specific additional powers given. AHC layout and selections are confusing. I must add that I appreciate that that 2022 has improved over prior versions. This is my constructive feedback.

Once purchased, support is difficult
I am trying to do a living trust and having an error message which is frustrating and I cannot move forward. Hard to get support - I emailed over the weekend and have not heard back as of Thursday this week. No phone number or easy support.
