My 2024 completed Will was locked and I couldn't make edits. I upgraded to 225 and it wants me to start a new will. Can I import the 2024 Will?

I am very disappointed with the customer service. When I get ahold of someone and ask them a question about my living trust or POA and they don't have the answer they say they will get ahold of their legal team and get back to me and they never do! What kind of customer service is that? I don't have exact dates. But several calls during May.

Your upgrade from an old version takes me to the page that has 3 options and not one for upgrade, unless it's buried somewhere. I bought thinking it was my upgrade option the basic plan for $109. Once I got that going it would no load a 2022 will file. Really! I called in, and waited 10 minutes, and the support person said oh, you want the upgrade for $39. This is getting more stupid as I deal with NOLO. She say's she'll refund me, charge me 39, and in 10 minutes I'll get an email for the upgrade to 2025. It's almost 3 hours and nothing from NOLO. This sucks! The whole upgrade process is vague and stupid also. Your corporate upgrade really stinks.

Absolute garbage. I wanted something to help me write a will. This is not it. Instead it's asking about how everything is NOW. Passwords, drivers license, attorney's name - all information I have. I get my heirs may need that information, but once you've entered everything in - guess what you have? NOT A A WILL. All I wanted to do was put together the WILL. From the landing page it looks like that is what will happen, but then you end up with EVERPLANS which is a colossal waste of time and money. I don't need an EVERPLAN. I need a will.

The software worked fine. I wanted to make some changes and forgot my password. They indicate that they will send an email link to recover the password. I have tried several times and I never receive the email. I am VERY frustrated I was able to reset my password but the next time I go to log in it will not accept the password I just changed. I wrote it down.

Could NOT log on. I have not found a phone number for tech customer service. I click forgot password and never got instructions to reset. Why is this happenng? Please contact me.

I ordered and paid for this program 3 days ago, and have not received any code or access information. I have emailed the customer service twice. And yes, I have checked my Spam folder. I haven't gotten any response yet. After this review, I got a reply that they would contact me. Three days later and still no contact from this company. Very frustrating! April 8th - I received a call and the issue has been resolved.

I created a draft will a couple of months ago using Will maker, however I can't open it to edit my final version. I have called their tech support line and got kicked out of the que. I called customer support and also got kicked out of the que. I have emailed twice with NO RESPONSE. My level of frustration is through the roof on not being able to get answers! I now have to move on to another company and pay again. I would say they have very poor customer service, it is actually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
