The product is easy to use. But you customer support is awful. I sent a request for help several months ago and never got a response.

This was a good price for the service. It was user friendly as well. I wish it lasted longer than a year or had different options but overall thought it was a great product.

I received and email with Two links, I downloaded the first link and searched for the app. it took me awhile to discover that link was for the book and documentation only. So I went back to the email and downloaded the second link.. ah... finally I found the WillMaker APP. I suggest to change the order of the links. put the WillMaker app first and the book second. Also, i emailed for support, they do not answer immediately, but they gave me a good answers in about 12 hours.
