This is more a review of the USPS…
This is more a review of the USPS delivery system. I received an email from USPS saying that the part I ordered from Wild West Pool Supplies would be delivered by May 8th, 2020. On May 10th I received another email saying it would arrive by the evening of May 10th, 2020. Today is May 14th 2020 and it still hasn't arrived.

Hi CB, Yes, this has unfortunately happened across all carriers -- USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. The system is so overwhelmed by everyone staying home and ordering things online that they just haven't been able to keep up. There is unfortunately as you can imagine little we can do to affect that, but I do apologize for the delay you experienced! I wish you all the best. Mark (the owner)

I've left 2 reply emails asking to refund 2-3 business day delivery charges. My order was placed on 5-2-20 and wasn't even shipped out until 5-7-20. I paid $22.99 extra to have it in 2-3 business days. I am requesting a refund for the add'l. postage I paid. Your cooperation in advance is greatly appreciated as I would like to continue doing business with you in the future.
