Great experience

Every thing was shipped and came sooner than I expected

I ordered a plastic sprocket the size of a quarter, 2 inches long and 1/4 inch long screw that I need to repair my pool cleaner. The parts could literally be shipped in an standard sized envelope. I didn't order from the company because they had the lowest prices, they didn't. I ordered from the company because they offered expedited shipping. I paid an additional $20 on a $45 order for expedited shipping. According to their website packages ship the same day prior to 3:00 pm est. Tomorrow will be 7 days and the only information available is that the label was created 5 days ago. When I talked with customer service, I was told the USPS had not updated the tracking information. My guess is that the company creates the shipping label and at some point puts it on the package. That package is picked up by USPS and the tracking begins. I imagine it can be quite lucrative to create labels without packaging and shipping the product. I can only imagine my frustration level if I had ordered a critical part for my pool; no doubt my pool water would be green by now. Anyway, my advice is to save your money and use a more dependable pool supplier.

Wild west was very prompt and reached out when one item was out of stock.

Right part. Right on time.
