Had been looking for a replacement part for my pool equipment for a while. Couldn’t find it anywhere. Wild West was out as well for a while. I had almost given up when I received an email from them stating that they had a new shipment of what I was needing! I ordered immediately and was thrilled to finally get what I needed. That extra mile they went to let me know was unexpected and welcome. I will be ordering anything else I need from them. Great company.

The items I ordered were shipped and received promptly. They ended up not quite the size I needed, but returning them was an easy and pleasant transaction as well.
