I ordered a genuine Jacuzzi heater for my spa, I received a crappy generic one. When I emailed them they said sorry that’s all we had in the warehouse and then requested a refund for the difference, Lee, then wanted me to send him a photo because they said they had sent me the right one. I would’ve returned it, but it took forever for them to ship it. Buyer beware

Hi Norman, we requested a picture simply so we could verify that our warehouse did indeed send out the incorrect part. Our team has reached out, if you received the incorrect SKU by mistake, we will gladly get you taken care of!

Horrendous. Absolutely the worst customer service. Realized what I had ordered was incorrect so I sent the package back as soon as I got it. I never even opened it. This was after they couldn’t bother getting back to me in the first place with questions I had. They have been sitting on that package for over 2 weeks and still have not refunded (almost $400) the money yet. They sent me an email (after 3 sent to them) confirming they had the package. In the swim or any other place would be better. These folks apparently like keeping money for nothing.

Hi Jennifer! I do apologize for the brief delay; however, about 2 weeks is standard for our return process — all returns are subject to inspection prior to a refund being issued. This is a policy mandated by our manufacturing partners in order to preserve the warranty. Since you're right at that two week mark, I will have our team follow up with the manufacturer here and see if we can't get this refund processed for you ASAP!

Good products if they actually had them. They canceled half my order because they were out of stock. that was 2 weeks ago. And then and as of right now, their webpage still shows the very items are "In Stock". Good luck if you order from them. Update: Wild West has responded. And even after their response, the items are still shown as "In Stock" They need to work harder.

[RESPONSE TO EDIT]: These are just back in stock now Dave — that is accurate. [Original Response]: Hi Dave, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience here. Our system checks inventory levels against all our distribution partners (over 100,000 SKUs) every morning to update our website — this method is about 97% accurate. Occasionally we do see popular parts sell out in between the time inventory is checked in the morning and when the order is placed. You are absolutely correct, we need to do better. Our team is working HARD on this issue; we hope to have near 100% accuracy live within the next month or two. And we are ALWAYS happy to double-check inventory directly ahead of order placement if that is helpful!

I ordered the express shipping for an extra $10; when you need a part, you want to get things fixed quickly before your pool turns into a swamp. The part - which was very reasonably priced - arrived the next day, exactly as promised. Great experience and I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks so much!

I made a purchase of Paramount Nozzle With Nozzle Caps, Beige | 004-627-5060-07 from wildwestpoolsupplies dot com. About 2 days later, they sent me an email stating that they were sorry that the term was discontinued. Rather than making the refund, the wanted me to buy a "similar" item. I declined their suggestion and just wanted my refund back. 3 days passed there is absolutely no response from them. Yet the "discontuned" item is still in their website: wildwestpoolsupplies dot com /paramount-nozzle-with-nozzle-caps-beige-004-627-5060-07/?showHidden=true How can I trust them?

Hi Tiehong! I hope you're doing well. I apologize for the trouble with this order, and definitely understand the confusion. We have about ~100,000 SKUs available on our site; sometimes, we don't hear right away if a manufacturer has ceased production on specific item; they're not proactive in reaching out to us (or any retailer) to let us know, and with a lot of parts, it can be challenging to stay on top of this. However, when we do find out we can no longer source a particular item, we will always do our due diligence in trying to find a replacement, or a newer version of the same product — this is purely in an effort to help you fix your issue at the end of the day! But again, I understand why this process is a little confusing (and therefore makes you skeptical). I hope a little further explanation of our processes makes sense. Please send us an email if we can help further; more than happy to!

Clearly trying to sell parts they don't actually have, so far it's 11 days and they can't get hold of their warehouse, and now are waiting to hear from their warehouse before they will refund. Good luck to anyone ordering, its a lottery

We've never held inventory, and that's never been hidden in any way. It's just not part of our business model. You can only offer 75—100,000 products if you work with all the largest distribution companies in the US, which we do. Occasionally during the start of busy season, or particularly busy times (holidays, etc) we do have to wait a day or two for one of these partners to check something. ^^ This is true of any company you buy a pool part from online, since the top 5 distribution companies in the US own about 85% of the market share. We will always do our utmost to help take the best care of our customers that we can... but hopefully this 'inside scoop' gives you a little further insight into how the industry works. It's not perfect, but we are always improving!
