Customer service was great 👍
Customer service was great 👍 Was unable to order a second, smaller part due to shipping ($10 for a $5 item). Perhaps small items could be sent through the UPS(?).

Great service
Wild West informed me of an order situation and offered another similar product. The cord arrived several days later. Very nice

Hi there — definitely respect your opinion. Just to provide some insight as to why this happens, if our typical distributor or manufacturer can't source a part any longer, that triggers us to "go out and find where it's still in stock", so to speak. We'll reach out to our smaller, more niche relationships, and a lot of times we do find these items — however, sometimes, they're for an increased price. In today's market, price changes are happening daily, and we will re-list products on our site for the new price we can buy them for. It's really as simple as that — we're doing everything we can to keep our prices low, but there's a lot of changes happening in the world these days!

Please upgrade the capability of the web site.
I logged in to my account once again to attempt to place a new order. The web site still does not have the ability to apply differing shipping and billing addresses, which caused me to order elsewhere.
Response from Wild West Pool SuppliesAug 9, 2022
Hi Randy! I apologize for the confusion — you can ship anywhere you'd like, irrespective of the billing address. The first step in checkout asks for *shipping* address, we will ask at the payment step of checkout if this address differs from the billing, and collect that if needed. I hope this helps! Please shoot us an email to [email protected] if we can provide further assistance.

Great experience
Great experience. They were out of stock of one item, so customer service reached out and recommended alternatives. Much better than most 'out if stock' experiences with other online retailers.
