products as described
My purchase decisions are hugely dependent on shipping costs, so to find out after ordering that the S&H is going to be increased and all the communication, reprocessing, increase, etc. brought a negative slant to the purchase. Had I known, I would have purchased otherwise, but it's here now and we're up and running again.

Hi Kathryn, we completely understand re: the shipping charges — we're working hard on our shipping logistics to ensure we're providing accurate quotes at checkout. A few orders, like yours unfortunately, we're still addressing weekly, sometimes daily, rate changes with our carriers. This issue has gotten a LOT better as logistics are slowly smoothing out post-COVID, but as you experienced, not completely fixed. I do apologize again for the frustration Kathryn, I hope further insight into the situation at least helps you understand what's happening from our end. We won't always be perfect, but we will always do our utmost to be completely transparent. Best, Mark

I ordered a pump to filter hose for above ground pool, nowhere in the discription that I could find did it give the length or coupling size. When I received the hose it was only about 18" long the hose on my pump is approx. 30" long. Very disapointing.

Hi Erle, I'm sorry to hear that — please send us an email if you have any questions pertaining to the specifics of a SKU. We'd be happy to help locate anything else you need for this pump installation!

Great communications
Great communications! Delivered and received as promised, in the nick of time. Will definitely be using Wild West again. One suggestion, provide a good working number for contact. Sometimes parts are hard to find and we don't all know the "techinical" terms to all the parts.
