I expected buffalo to have a gamey or aquired taste, but that was not the case. The taste is mild and similar to beef, I was pleasantly surprised and will order again.

Or experience has been good, overall. We have ordered 3 times and been very pleased in 2 of the orders, On the 2nd order we purchased a steak bundle. We received 6 1 lb ground and didn't receive the the 16oz.in bone rib eyes. We can find ground buffalo locally and order from you for the steaks. We appreciate what you are doing food the planet but when we order we want steaks. Thank you, Sandy

Other than having problems 2 times now with my account not being there. ?? We have been buying for 2 years. We order about every 2 months. Some of the items we don't care for like the bacon but enjoy the other meats that we can afford. I cannot eat regular meat at all. We have had a bad roast or two , like the brisket we bought about a month ago. Over all we really enjoy the meat . Hope the prices stay reasonable so we can continue buying.

I have ordered from Wild Idea Buffalo three times totaling in over 30lbs of meat. The cuts of raw meat that I have cooked provided great flavoring and presentation initially. There isn't much negative I can say about the company. My biggest complaint is the packaging. With ever raw cut, sausage, hot dog, etc. every package seemed to have a puncture and/or lost the vacuum seal during transportation or thawing. I have yet to sample the two bacon packages that completely lost the vacuum seal. I also ordered the kielbasi that ruined my dish. No one would eat. I am not sure if that is the meant flavoring of the meat or if it was an expired package. (This I did not email customer service about.) The customer service is great. I ordered hot dog that the packaging was broken an a replacement pack with quickly shipped to me. (Wish I was given the same curiosity with my bacon.) I would order select cuts of meats from the company in the future and do recommend the service. If you have any issues contact customer service.

Received in a very timely manner. The ground bison was perfect! Lean but the flavor I expected. Made large chili for a tailgate and it was a big hit. The crowd we hang out with is not much for trying new things but they had no problem with cleaning out a couple of pots. I purchased some of the bulk sausage and made for my daughter and nephew with a big pot of grits! It was very good and we all liked. However being from South Georgia it was to sweet for us. Good flavor but agin we like the bite and power of garlic and sage. All and all very satisfied!

Great products! Love the whole concept. We need bison to fix the environment and our health. I'm hoping more people will so that it gets less expensive or that you sell products locally and I can buy.
