Wild Idea Buffalo CoReviews of wildideabuffalo.com

We are Cherokee Indian and like to live of the Land, it is so great that we have found this Wild Idea Co. Website . We've been looking for grass fed Beef or other healthy Meats and then we looked for Buffalo, Wild Idea Buffalo Co. came up and we tried it. What a surprise, one of the best Meats we've been eating in a long time. Last Year for Christmas we gave our Kids Buffalo and they all liked it too. We tell everybody about the good Meat and the great Company. Thank you Wild Idea Buffalo Co.

If you never ordered bison from Wild Idea you Should start now.Meat is wonderful And service is Great.

Great products, well displayed and described. Packaging was top notch. Packers sent a note thanking me for my business, and signed their names. I was totally impressed.

My husband and I only eat Wild Idea buffalo and venison for our red meat with a little chicken and salmon thrown in occasionally. First of all the buffalo is healthy for us and tastes great, and, second of all, it is raised and killed humanely by some very fine people (judging by the books I've read). It is one of the blessings of my life that I can eat meat from animals that I know have not suffered. Also the restoration of the prairie is a great inspiration. I feel so fortunate to have found the Wild Idea buffalo company.

I first purchased from Wild Idea after researching a healthy alternative to beef. At the time there were very few healthy choices in our area organic beef. So I decided to try Wild Ideas buffalo. The health values are amazing. We love our beef but now we love our Bufffalo! I very seldom ever buy beef. The taste is extrodinary and the selection is almost endless. It also takes so little time to cook. The petite steaks are our favorite. I thaw, put in a dish, add a littlle garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and low sodium soy, let them sit about 30 minutes. Throw them in a iron skillet with lite olive oil and cook about 5 minutes on each side. Take them out, let them rest, side salad and baked potato. Does not get much easier. And the burgers cook so fast. I have ordered about eight times and right now am waiting on another order. Take about four days for us. On our doorstop, always frozen and ready to put in freezer. The roasts are delicious and oh, if you like a rueben, make it with their pre sliced meat. Another thing, the meat thaws really fast and there is never all that fat you get with beef. Makes the best Chili EVER. Do I need to say more. Their website is great and the information and pictures are inspiring. Thank you Jill and Dan and staff. We love you.

I ordered the Buffalo starter kit a few weeks back. This was a great way to get a selection of Buffalo and decide what we liked best. Well sort of... We love everything! Even the hotdogs are much better than any other hot dog I have had. ( I am the kind of guy that puts everything available on my hot dog. With these dogs I felt as if I was toiling with perfection by doing so and have since stuck with just the dog and a bun! The tenderloin is better than any beef tenderloin I have had and we usually buy directly from a local grass fed ranch. Flavor is to die for and BTW if you haven't researched the awesome work these guys are doing you should. Their model of sustainability is beyond any USDA certification. They are rehabbing land that has been essentially raped by years of unsustainable farming. I have spent a lot of time looking into healthy sustainable and tasty meat that falls in line with my families morals and values. Do your self the favor and stop searching the internet for anything else and just order the starter kit. You will save yourself the time I wasted and cut straight to the good part!

I have enjoyed every piece!

I recently ordered a package from Wild Idea Buffalo. With the "package" came free shipping. I also added some alacart items that were also shipped free. The package arrived on time, in excellent condition with contents all frozen. We have been busy eating lots of buffalo dishes and I have used several of Jill's recipes. It is taking a while to get through it as there are only two of us at home. We decided to start (finally) eating organic,non-GMO and no antibiotics or hormones. I love the idea that these buffalo are raised on the prairie and harvested on the prairie, the taste is so much better than other companies buffalo meat. It has been hard for me in the past to find out how WIB competitors raise and harvest their buffalo. So, I've given up. I know, without a doubt how WIB comes by their fine meat. The reason that we have been eating better foods is a cancer (lymphoma) diagnosis that I received last year. I have had treatment and hopefully was one of the 50% who get a cure! Am doing and feeling fine now however, don't want to ever hear those words again! So, please go to the website and start reading about WIB after you do, you'll be convinced too that this is the right way to go about healing the prairies and the buffalo. Staying healthy, Janet
