This is the one.
I see buffalo products are getting more popular at our farmers markets. But if you ask how they are raised, either the seller doesn't know or they say it doesn't make any difference. One seller said they were grass fed, then finished on grain. Wild Idea Buffalo is up front about who they are, how they do business, and how the buffalo is raised. No if, ands or buts. Here is the kicker, if you buy a package, it is less costly than local grain fed bison. I love cooking, and I used a recipe from from "Smitten Kitchen" for the best beef barley soup with bison short ribs that we ever had. The Rib eye is meaty and flavorful. And it is good for you too. What could be better?
