The Wild Idea items I have ordered have all been absolutely delicious and easy to fix. As an added bonus, I enjoy knowing that what I'm eating is good for me. The meat is moist and tender, not at all dry.

The website was intuitive and all the links worked; it was easy to select products and pay; and the company contacted me to ask if I wanted to include a gift message - because I forgot to do so. Delivery was fast and the order was right. No more need be said.

Great quality pasture raised and humanely harvested meat and you can order whatever quantity you want for the same reasonable shipping price. The only thing I wish is that there were more specials where I could pick and choose my items.

I ordered steaks from Wild Idea Buffalo to test them out. I had previously tried another Co. for buffalo steaks. Wild Idea is by far the best, most flavorful and tender buffalo steaks I have eaten. Their packaging is so much better than my other experience. Each steak is vacuumed packaged individually. As a person living single, this is a tremendous help as it keeps the steaks in perfect condition. I will continue to order from Wild Idea Buffalo. Thanks......

Every single item I have ordered has tasted great!! Their customer service is fantastic and I really enjoy their newsletter and recipes. I previously ordered Bison meat from another company and their products were not nearly as good.

I love bison! I've previously made the bison chuck roast in my crockpot as directed and it was so tender and delicious. My last order included the stew meat and I made a delicious stew on the stovetop. The meat tastes similar to beef, except I think it's a little sweeter. The best thing is that it has less fat, and is therefore healthier.Since it's so expensive, I'm saving it for special occasions, but I may make chili out of the ground bison the next time it snows here.
