We have been customers since nearly the beginning. This is the real deal, quite different from the bison for sale in stores and restaurants. That meat is generally grain finished, and is dark red due to adrenaline from a trip to the slaughterhouse. Dark red color is not a virtue, it is an indicator of a major flaw. Wild Idea meat is grass fed and harvested on the range. Pink, not red. Basically what the Native Americans ate. Unsurpassed flavor and texture. The company is a family owned and operated business. First, my orders have been filled and shipped to me in just days even though I live on the Michigan and Canada borders. Packaging is awsome and my meat arrives frozen solid. I have tried several cuts of meat as well as your hot dogs, and everything has been delicious. It is nice to eat meat without all of the fat and with tons of flavor.
