As a first time customer, I was not sure what to expect from Wild Idea Buffalo Co., so with the holiday season fast approaching I placed my order hoping for the best. I am very happy to say that I was not disappointed in any way! With freezing temperatures and snow on the ground, having buffalo in the freezer makes winter more enjoyable. To me there is nothing more enjoyable than the aroma of a roast cooking away in the crock pot nearing completion!

We consider Wild Idea Buffalo top shelf. We buy 95% of our red meat this way. Because of wife's condition, we do not eat much steak. But we love the burger. Always delivered in excellent condition at a fair price for this quality of meat.

We tried the meat loaf this time. It was great however, there should be one with not so many chilies, and add red pepper--- I love the roasts, steaks, and use the ground buffalo in many ways.
