The key item of 4 items was 3 packages of Southwest Buffalo Meatloaf. I needed this in time for a group dinner on January 25th. Paying $11 extra for air shipment worked. The whole order arrived on January 19th. Early delivery allowed me to experience roasting one meatloaf - a valuable learning experience. On the day of the dinner I knew how to roast the other 2 loafs. The guests loved the meatloaf. I'll be glad to share my roasting suggestions with Jillian & colleagues if they wish.

I had recently been researching health benefits of bison and decided to try to incorporate more bison into our family meals. However, it can be a lot more expensive to do so. What I found was that, yes, bison is more expensive than other alternatives like beef, but that extra cost actually encourages us to eat healthier portions and in the end, we feel and look so much healthier for doing so. Wild Idea Buffalo has great bundles to choose from and their a la carte menu is a great value compared to other competitors. We also love the free shipping with bundle purchases, which really cuts down on the cost. Lastly, the quality of the meat was something I've never seen before. Simple to cook and they even provided cooking instructions for the different types of meat. This is very helpful, since you do have to be careful to not overcook, especially with steaks, otherwise you lose the wonderful flavors. Overall, this is just my first purchase, but I'm very impressed and plan on coming back for more!

I have eaten your meat for many years, ever since I read Buffalo for the Broken Heart. I have a special spot for the prairie in my heart so was so moved and excited to try the bison and support what you are doing. I have loved all the meat that I have had over the years. Thanks for what you do.

Ordered a package deal to try different cuts. So far we have found them great. Some of the packages are (to me) very small but the meat is wonderful.
