Although I haven't had time to try everything I received in my latest order based on my past purchases I expect them to all be great. I have been ordering for several months now and everything I get is really tasty. I recommend everyone to try Wild Idea Buffalo, it's the best.

I did not know what I was getting when my daughter ordered me my first order of Buffalo meat. The first night I received it I cooked a steak for dinner. I also had a left over piece of beef and did my own taste test. Oh my gosh! WOW ... the flavor of the Buffalo meat was fantastic, amazing and like no other. I am 91 years old and this was really something special. This was something new and exciting I could share with my bridge group the following week. The ladies at my bridge group all knew about the order of Buffalo meat was coming! Everyone was standing by to hear the rest of the story. Now I tell everyone they should order this Buffalo meat.

I never had Bison before; just moccasin boots made out of the hide. I've never experienced such a buttery, pure protein, wonderful steak as the cowboy cut. Wow! Simply the best! Everything came package frozen solid and I'm able to cut up the five pound frozen packages of ground Bison as needed. Thanks to all who cherish the past and look to the future of consumption with integrity. I don't think I'll ever eat 'beef' again. Pure Joy!
