First off our box of buffalo arrived still mostly frozen and back into the freezer it went!! As we unpacked the meat we were happy to find the cuts were all individually packaged as my wife and I prefer small portions to a lot of leftovers. Although the roast is high! We will see about cutting it in atleast half when time comes. We decided to cook the burgers and did so on a flat cast iron griddle with a little olive oil and a pate of butter and man were they tastie!! We are so far very happy with our Wild Idea experience!! Great job folks !

This was our first order and our first time experiencing the finer cuts of bison. We'd both had bison burgers before, but never bison rib eye and tenderloin. We will definitely order again. Many thanks for your customer service, your timely delivery and your outstanding product!

It just arrived so we have not tried any of the meat. I think the website is well done. It was easy to navigate and to order. Everything arrived on the day as promised. So far, we are pleased. Now for the taste test! Can't wait to eat buffalo that tastes like what the Native Americans ate many years ago.

If the initial sticker shock for the price of grass-fed humanely treated buffalo hits you, just read Dan O'Brien's 'Buffalo for the Broken Heart' and you'll realize that it's actually relatively inexpensive when you see what this is all about and just how far your money goes to not only feeding you marvelous buffalo meat, but what it does for environmental sustainability of a piece of the prairie that I absolutely love. Eat Wild Idea buffalo, the land depends on it.

WIBC is great! You can tell they really care about what they do, and their customers. It was easy to order, and the checkout was quick and easy. They let you know what has happened, is happening, and will happen next. The meat arrives when they say it will, still frozen. They give you great instructions in how to prepare the meat, and cooking. The meat has a wonderful taste and texture. I made our burgers on the stove, but they tasted like they were done on my grill out in the back porch! I will be reordering for sure. If you are not sure for any reason, I suggest getting a 2 or 4 pack of the preformed burger patties and try it. It is a cheap and easy way for first timers to try it out. It is WORTH A TRY!! Just do it and find a whole new world of great meat!!

Buffalo is the only red meat I eat because it has not only the pure protein my body needs but it is the close to the natural food that is best for us.
