The only complaint compared to others prices a little higher.

I am new to your product, but found that everything so far has been fantastic! The ordering process was simple, my order arrived early because I was due to receive he package on a holiday😀, and what I have tasted so far is great! I have not tried the actual buffalo yet, but the jerky was fantastic! The one problem I had was my own fault. I meant to order the sampler package and was liooming at all my options. I was going to add on the package of ground buffalo to the sampler pitentially and then decided I better try your product first. Well I accidentally ordered just the ground buffalo package instead of the sampler package. When we got it, my husband said, "all we got was ground meat". Right then I realized what I had done. But that's ok, I will order some steaks and roasts later. Aside from my own mistake, you guys have done an incredible job so far. Can't wait to dig into the ground buffalo!

The online customer service was excellent and professional. The product (Buffalo Burgers) is extremely good. Shipping is a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. Thanks WIB !!

Good buffalo meat. Need to upgrade shipping containers and add dry ice. Ship with a little bit of styrofoam with some ice packs they rely on the frozen meat to keep everything cold. Ok in cooler months but not in warmer months. This was my only disappointment with the order 3 packs were thawed.

I greatly enjoy your product and AM usually willing to go through delivery hassles but this last one was an exception. Ups left the box at my front door in the sunshine on a hot day and never asked for the requested signature! I found it in time this time but might not have.

I was VERY unhappy with the taste and consistency of the burger. Wish I had NOT ordered so many. There are three of us an NO one liked them. We buy grass fed buffalo all the time and love it. Not sure what is wrong with these burgers but the rest will go to trash. It is a real shame because of the cost and I MUST eat grass fed grass finished everything I can get. So to waste money makes it taste even worse. Everything else I have ordered from you has been AWESOME!

Shipping issues delayed arrival, but customer service sent an e-mail to advise. Upon arrival of bundle, everything was frozen. We just grilled some steaks last night and they were delicious.

I have been buying from you for many years. You reliably deliver a great meat product in a very short period. We live in Phoenix, and sometimes the meat is slightly thawed -- you should ALWAYS use dry ice when sending items here. The hot dogs are surprisingly good, especially since I don't normally like hot dogs. They are very mild and are good cut up in sautéed vegetable dishes and casseroles. Our favorite roast is the chuck; and we use the old beer recipe. We use a lot of hamburger; it is great as a simple hamburger sandwich, but it is fabulous in a meatloaf and casseroles since there is less fat and more flavor than beef hamburger. Large quantities of garlic cause me mouth sores and upset stomach, so I can't eat much of your meat mixes (like sausage) due to the high garlic content.
