The book came in record time. I was pleasantly surprised. Because it came so quickly I've not yet had time to read it but I'm looking forward to the experience.

I was delighted by the ease of ordering and the rapid shipping. My order came frozen solid from South Dakota to New England, despite the added step of having to be transported by ferry to an island! We haven't gotten our grill fired up yet, so the only thing we've eaten so far is the salami, but it was delicious. I am planning parties for friends around buffalo burgers and chuck roast barbecue. This was my very first time trying Buffalo. I must say that I was quite pleased with the taste. However, for me I would like just a little more seasoning to the sausage. The seasoning was there but a little too faint for me. The service was excellent. Packaging was excellent and shipping arrived on time as promised. That being said, I would definitely order from them again. And, for anyone who may be hesitant about trying Buffalo for the first time and also ordering from Wild Idea Buffalo, I think that you will be very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend! P.S. It would be nice to have your breakfast sausage come in not only mild but hot also.
