I abhor 'factory farming', so choosing bison resolves that concern; that WIBC kills and dresses its bison in the field sealed the deal for me. The products I selected arrived on time, in great shape, and with supporting literature to help me enjoy the meat to its fullest advantage. So far, I've begun eating the Bresaola which is perfectly packaged & presented and delicious! I look forward to enjoying the other selections I made. Ordering online was a breeze, shipment was fast and accurate. It was delivered on a steamy hot and humid day, the meat was still rock solid frozen. Outstanding! The meat? Wonderful and healthy. 100% grass fed is a great assurance that our family is eating lean and healthy meat. I'll never purchase a pack of hamburger from the store again. I can use bison for absolutely everything I used to use hamburger for. It's worth a little extra money because it is so lean you get more out of 1lb bison than you do even the leanest of hamburger you can find in the stores.
