The customer service is abysmal. They never respond to their online chat or questions. If you call you are on hold forever and then you get hung up on or disconnected. I order a product that was in stock on Wednesday then somehow out of stock the next day for my delivery. Yet online it still showed the product in stock. You have to reorder any products that you do not receive with your delivery, They also tell you that your email isn’t working even though you receive your invoice and billing info through your email. I cancelled my membership.

I have purchased from Wildfork several times but this time they had a flash sale which I took advantage of. They took my order and sent me a delivery date. Only when the date passed did I call them because in the past their delivery dates were reliable. This time they told me that they were out of stock and had to cancel my order and when I wanted the item available on their flash sale I would have to pay the regular price. That is no way to treat a good customer.

Tried Wild Forks and after 4 deliveries I can state that the food is of good quality for the most part. However, delivery service they use is atrocious. The food will leave the store frozen. They use so little dry ice that 3 our of 4 times the ice completely evaporated by the time I receive my order. They outsource to "Roadie". They are unreliable to deliver in the time window quoted. You have no way to reach driver. Driver does not post updates. Driver will drop and run when they finally arrive (last delivery was over 4 hours from expired delivery window). They do not ring doorbell to let you know of delivery. Some of my food received was thawed ( but cold) when it was unpacked. I now have to alter my menu for the week to incorporate the thawed goods. Wild Forks website prompts for a tip in advance of completion of order. DO NOT TIP WHEN PLACING ORDER!!

Really been pleased with the quality and selection. Didn't care to spend $29 to get free shipping but when I consider all the packaging, I realized it was worth it. So much selection, and most is priced quite reasonably. My biggest problem is shopping while hungry. Went on to order maybe $50-$60 this morning, ended up buying $170. But it's stuff not available near me, and the sizes of the packaging are perfect for us. Wild Fork has enabled me to be much more creative in my meal planning.

I ordered 267.00 from this company. Three things were missing on the order. The box was crushed, and the croissants fell out of a bag. The inbred/hybrid populations have destroyed human food and the burgers tasted like their AIDS poisoning venison in Wisconsin. The King Salmon used to be brilliant red, and it has turned to a dingy pinkish orange and the bitter taste it has is grotesque.

Ordered $200 worth of meat. It was delivered to local UPS early Friday morning and they said it was out for delivery. Then they changed it. It arrived Monday, rotten. Jordan issued me a refund and I reordered. UPS again held it for a day, but it was middle of the week, so it only sat for a day. The meat was incredible.

I ordered almost $500 in USDA Beff picanha and everything was delivered in my house in Colorado perfectly frozen I’m surprised with that and I will shop again for sure with them soon.

Meat was good but getting a refund (in store purchase) on the chicken pot pie via EBT was terrible. No one knew what to do. Called later to talk with manager who said everyone would be trained how to do it. Offered me a chocolate lava thing for my trouble. Later, got email saying they cannot do EBT refund yet and don't give a discount on anything for poor customer service. Will not recommend them to my friends. Phone call on hold for over 40 minutes. Not going back. They are clueless as to what good customer service is.
