Consistently poor quality
Consistently poor quality and consistently missing items. Do not recommend it all. Expensive, and the customer service is absolutely miserable to deal with

We found Wild Fork on line and saw they delivered after being disappointed with the lack of quality from Walmart and the steep prices at Publix. We tried a few items at first; skirt steaks, pork chops, and chop meat. Everything we tried was great. We’ve been ordering for 2 years now and anything we didn’t like they replaced. Most recently we ordered a pork loin rib roast and doin a recipe on line. It was the best pork chops I ever ate. We’ve also tried their desserts and they’ve been great too.

The food meats are awesome, no preservatives or additives, it does the body Good. My Only problem is the app. needs to be checked for issues. On Labor Day weekend it would not allow me to checkout after having my cart full and complete. I had to go to Dr. PHILLIPS location to be able to get order filled and checked out, I like to go over my order before pick up just in case I choose to switch an item , had to call 300 # to reset password. Thank you J.A. Chambers

I order & love all their items!❤️ In the past duck breasts, meatloaf mix, ground meats, pork boneless country ribs, chic thighs, lamb chops, beef roast, desserts, pizzas, veggies, tropical fruit, sausages etc. Recently I purchased quiche lorraine, egg bites, breakfast sausage & various packages of filets of orange roughy, mahi mahi, smoked salmon, sock eye salmon. The fish is individually wrapped & ready to thaw & cook as well as other items. The quality & freshness of the fish & everything plays a very important part for me, I don't have to cut & pack etc. The frozen ind packed items have a great frozen shelf life which is a plus. I have large orders delivered with excellent drivers who take pride & let you know they are arriving eta etc. As a Senior who has her groceries delivered and membership, I am very proud to tell all my friends and family how great Wild Fork is. My new ❤️ is the corn pineapple salsa, lots of good tasty ingredients I add this to my entree as it's cooking for a extra depth to my meals. Looking forward to new items & trying more wild game too.🫶

It is a very organized, good products, some food that it is made by them I don’t like. But the meats are very good. Also the Price.

First, they charge New York residents an additional membership fee. Then, they add a separate regulatory fee to every single order. On top of that, nearly every item costs about $2 more per pound for New York customers. What makes it even worse is that the prices shown in the app increase when you’re about to check out and pay. That feels extremely deceptive. If you’re already charging extra membership and regulatory fees, why are individual item prices also higher for New York residents? And why isn’t that pricing shown upfront? Applying the higher prices at checkout makes it seem like you’re hoping customers won’t notice the discrepancy before paying. This is not an honest or transparent way to run a business. I’m very disappointed. To make matters worse, the customer service is terrible. I never received a response through the chat support feature.
