I ordered the case on the 30th April 2025, It's now the 10th May and it STILL hasn't been shipped. I emailed to ask for an update and they gave me some measly response telling me that a shipping label has been created. Okay? Tf am I supposed to do with that information. I'm so disappointed as I've been ordering from them for years and then they've decided to raise their shipping prices yet make u wait ages for it to be sent off? With those extortionate prices I expect top service, I've emailed asking for my order to be cancelled and a full refund because this is just disgusting. If anyone likes wildflower cases I suggest buying them off Amazon because atleast Amazon actually cares about their customers.

I ordered from them 10 years ago. When I reordered this month, the website automatically assumed my old address. I didn't catch it, that's on me, and so the order was mailed to my old address. They didn't send it right away so I called and emailed. Each day I called and emailed for four days. I received several automated emails in return. They don't answer the phone, so I left voice mails each time i called. I received no response. After four days I received a tracking number and an email response (automated) that they heard me and sent the cases out. I thought this meant they figured it out and sent them to my new address. Nope. I continued to call and email. No responses. $75 for two cases and they can't take the time to respond to an email or return a phone call.

ordered a case mid january, they emailed saying due to high demand it would ship before the end of February it is now march and 4 weeks since I last heard anything and yet still no case. I don’t even have the phone anymore so by the time I do (if even) receive it I’ll have to request an exchange and see how long that process takes. Save time and don’t buy from them.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Wildflower Cases, especially considering the high price of their products. I purchased the Camera Bling Silver case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and within a short period, the crystals began falling off despite minimal use. Given the premium branding and cost, I expected a product that would last—yet this case barely held up. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with a generic, dismissive response telling me that my case was outside the 3 month warranty (by a small margin), meaning they refused to offer a replacement or refund. Instead, they provided a laughable 10% discount code (WF10%OFF, if anyone actually wants to risk it) as if that would make up for their lack of quality control. Wildflower prides itself on aesthetics, but if a case can’t even last a reasonable amount of time without falling apart, what’s the point? Their refusal to stand behind their products shows they are more concerned with taking your money than ensuring quality. EDIT: A reply from Wildflower has been added where they confirmed the warranty isn’t even 6 months but rather 3 [THREE] MONTHS. So definitely avoid this company!

Shipping takes forever and customer service not existent. You call the customer service phone number provided and it’s a freaking voicemail. Ordered 9 days ago and still waiting for the label they created to be transferred anywhere. I keep getting emails - It’s ready, it’s on the way, it’s shipped..Said 3-5 business days and still nothing to track. Already didn’t want to spend this much money on a phone case for my kid, the least it could do is arrive when promised. This will be the last one from this company.

Cancelled my order saying it’s fraud, and they are now not answering any of my emails.

Put an order and payed, 10 days later the order is still pending. And they haven’t responded to any of my contact-form messages.

Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. My daughter accidentally ordered the wrong size case and was unable to return within the 15 day window because she waited to bring it home from college on a weekend, since shipping packages at college is so difficult. Alas, no flexibility in a simple exchange from Wildflower. Definitely will not order any more merchandise for my family through this website. So much for a family-run business putting people first...
