I placed an order for a phone case, but then had to get a new phone so I wanted to make an exchange. I ended up in the hospital for weeks and missed the exchange window, but they very kindly made an exception for me and let me exchange my case for the correct size! Everyone was so incredibly nice during the emails back and forth and helped me get what I needed to fit my phone! I got my correct size case in the mail and I love it so much! I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future!! Exceptional customer service!!!!!

I ordered a case and phone charm from them and charm broke. I emailed them telling them about situation and this amazing person, Jackelin, from customer service, helped me immensely. Wildflower Cases replaced the phone charm and were extremely understanding and professional with their customer service. The products are definitely worth the price in my opinion and the customer service is even better.
