If I can get a 0 stars, I will. Do not buy from this company expecting a good customer service. I ordered two cases and only one of them arrived. Customer service said that there isn’t enough evidence that I really only received one??? How can they say this? What kind of company would question a customer’s complaint when it is their fault for not sending the other one anyway? They’re now saying I’m lying. I should’ve known better, they have a lot of influencers promoting their product but they couldnt give a good customer service

Ordered a case for my granddaughters iphone7 in October for Christmas (worried about supply chain, so ordered early). I get a text from my daughter last week (6 weeks after I ordered it) and she informs me she has bought her a new iPhone 13 for Christmas. I immediately emailed customer service to see if I could exchange it for a iPhone 13 case. I was informed it was pass the 15 day return policy. The case is still in the original box unopened. They will not allow me to exchange it for the iphone13 case. They offered me a 10% discount on a new case. What a joke! Won’t EVER buy from them again and now I am stuck with a $35 case I cannot use. Horrible service. Do not buy from them!

They’re in the business to sell but not provide service. Like other reviews, I ordered the wrong size and immediately emailed them. Then contacted a couple of their social media the following day. For a company who have big online presence, they really aren’t responsive unless it’s to hype their products. I figured to make an account to check the status of my order. You’re sent an email confirmation where you have to follow a link to confirm your account, but there was no link. I checked my setting to make sure it wasn’t blocked, but it’s just a blank space where the link is supposed to be in place. So that was a dud. A few days later I finally receive an email reply with a tracking number. It seems their practice is to tell customers too late, their order has already been shipped, but my tracking shows they printed the label a few hours prior. I don’t know what I’m going to do when the case arrives but I’m hesitant to return it back. This was a turn off experience from purchasing more from them considering how unreliable they are. Such a shame they aren’t concerned about customer support.

I placed an order for my daughter literally right after I placed I realized it was the wrong case size. I admittedly tried calling no answer, tried the chat function (as instructed by the voicemail) and called back to leave voicemail. They returned my call the next day and left me a voicemail saying it had already shipped. Had someone called me back sooner or they had a functioning chat option. I would've avoided paying shipping to me, returning shipping cost and the replacement shipping cost. They only give store credit so I was stuck ordering the replacement. they offered a free shipping code but it doesn't work with other coupon offers so. It was a few cents cheaper with a code I found online. Just a headache and its not much but it just feels wrong.

Customer service is horrible to reach and why is it taking forever to ship my order. Order 8/17 and “shipped” 8/20 and still no tracking update.. I reached out to customer service and was told it was leaving their warehouse within 24-72 hours… why even state it’s shipped when it technically wasn’t.. I’ll just order from urban or another accurate website if I love the case.. but wildflower get it together… y’all really suck and don’t blame Covid because I’m getting my other shipments perfectly fine

There's a reason they have an F rating with the BBB. I sent an inquiry to their "customer service" in relation to an order I placed just moments earlier. Thinking that they'd get back to me in a reasonable time frame, I didn't worry too much about it. After three days and follow up emails, I finally received a reply, but it was too little and too late. Their entire customer service model is juvenile. They blame COVID as the reason why they're unable to answer an email within three days. I'm sick of businesses just using that as an excuse for poor customer service. What was their excuse when they couldn't be bothered to reply to any customer complaints sent to the BBB before COVID? Here's some advice. You should realize it's often the parents of your customers completing the transactions. Having hearts and xoxo in your emailsbis cute and everything, but it doesn't replace a reply to a paying customer in a reasonable and timely manner.

My daughter loves these cases for some reason, so I purchased one for her birthday. I never received an order confirmation email, so I emailed their support all my info and a screen shot of the order confirmation page. It took them 3 days to respond, and then they just asked for the same info I already gave them. Two days later, no reply so I emailed them again. The phone did show up on time and it is average at best, a bit on cheap looking side, but their support is horrible.

I think the cases themselves seem great, but the company lacks customer service and a will to genuinly aid customers. I ordered my case in the first week of January. It was on sale, and I got it because I didn't want to spend a ludicrious amount of money on a case and company I had never bought from before. I am grateful I did not purchase a $60 case because the case I purchased has not been delivered. My tracking number says that it was delivered, but I never recieved the case. I have contacted WIldflower many, many times throughout my search for the case. They only suggested I file a claim as if they didn't believe me. I understand that they do not work with the USPS post office, but I would think that with such a big company, they would be able to refund me my $12 since they refused to file a USPS claim themselves. It has been almost two months and I have spent wayyy too much time attempting to contact this company and USPS. Do not get these cases, it just isn't worth the risk if there is a defect.
