Wildflower CasesReviews of wildflowercases.com

Wildflower is amazing! I have been purchasing their cases for years, which are adorable, protective and well made. I get so many compliments. Recently I had my phone stolen two days after I bought a new Wildflower case. When I told WF the story about what happened, they gave me a discount code to replace my order which was so sweet and then personally thanked me for re ordering! They have super sweet and responsive customer service. 10/10 recommend.

They helped me with signing it really quickly when I was unable to on the app, and they were very patient with me. ALSO I HAVENT STOPPED STARING AT MY CASE <33

I ordered from Wildflower Cases about a week before I moved from my current address. I contacted them to ask how long their processing time was (1-3 days) since I had ordered 1-2 day shipping to receive the case before I moved. They were very reassuring that my order would processed and delivered within the time frame, but in the event of a delay, they assured me that they would contact me to change my shipping address. Overall a wonderful customer service experience my new case is lovely.

I recently decided to purchase a Wildflower phone case after hearing many great things from my friends. I was excited to receive my new case, and the experience exceeded my expectations right from the start. As soon as I placed my order, I received an email from Wildflower's customer service team. They reached out to let me know they were available for any questions or concerns, which was a nice touch. When I hadn't received a tracking link for my case, I decided to follow up with them. The response from their customer service was incredibly prompt and helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed and ensured I felt valued as a customer. It was clear that Wildflower not only values customer experience but also prides itself on providing quality items. Overall, my experience with Wildflower has been fantastic. From their attentive customer service to the high-quality product, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Wildflower cases to anyone looking for a new phone case.
