PLEASE DO NOT PREPAY lessons on this platform. I lost money prepaid for 9 lessons. We couldn’t find a tutor who is well versed with Australian Engineering studies curriculum. The teacher we did trial was good but as we started lessons realised it’s more of university level than HSC. Now with trials coming up I can not keep trial and error with each different teacher for 9 lessons. I was told I can not get refund as 10 days have passed. So in spite of not taking their services I will not get any refund. Initially I wasn’t willing to buy more lessons but I was told how economical it is and how flexible it will be.

I'm writing as a tutor. My experience was very bad. Ended up wasting a lot of my time. Meetings were delayed. Not a single student showed up for demo sessions.

I booked a specific spanidh tutor through SuperProf but when I logged into my first session a WIINGY “administrator” came on to to tell me that my selected tutor wasnt available tried to switch me to another tutor in the US. So WINNGY hijacked SuperProfs platform! I wouldn’t trust these people. Very unprofessional!

I had a horrible experience with Damini who was extremely pushy and argumentative. I booked a lesson with a tutor and then was pushed on to someone else. At the end I was quoted a price much higher than the price listed on the website for the original tutor. All together a poor experience and Damini should not be customer facing at all

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!! My tutor provided me incorrect answers, and then when I pointed out she was wrong she doubled down and told me I was wrong. This was days before my exam. This completely shook my confidence in what she had taught me as this wasn't one question, this was MANY. Then when I report through the complaints process, the so-called "Customer Success Manager" admitted that the tutor gave me the wrong answers (I have screenshots) but they refuse to do anything about it and tell me I should have known in the first lesson that she wasn't good enough. IF I KNEW THAT WHY WOULD I BE GETTING A TUTOR. Complaints process is as respectful and disgusting as the tutor's behaviour. If I fail this exam I lose my scholarship and they genuinely don't care enough to even refund the lessons, they only refunded the ones I didn't use because the tutor forgot when my exam was and she was busy, so I was unable to use the rest of them. Stay away before you lose your money, time, sanity, and any understanding you had of the topic before signing up with them!!!

This is a scam. Do not trust them

The original person I requested backed out the morning of our meeting. They hooked me up with someone else, who could not help me with my work. I had paid for 5 hours, and they took my hours and said the tutor was working on my document after our session, so wiingy used 2 and a hours out of my 5 hours. Then I had my second session with the tutor, and my 5 hours was gone. I then gave the tutor another chance to help me on the same assignment, and I ordered another 5 hours. Passed the assignment into school, and still didn’t pass that assignment. I had to go back, and revise the assignment. That’s when I said to myself, I’m wasting any more money with this tutor. I requested for my 5 remaining hours to be refunded. ’ve been waiting for over a week for my refund for 5 hours I paid for extra, and still haven’t got it.

They teach only maths others are not included very expensive time also they are not managed how can i refund
